For all orders within the Netherlands you pay € 4.95 shipping costs for delivery to a parcel point and € 6.95 for insured home delivery. Free shipping from orders up to €50. Delivery time takes about 1-3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands: from €8.50 and up. The actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the country destination. Shippings costs include VAT, but import tax, if applicable, is not included.

RETURNS
We regret when you are not satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer you the possibility to return your purchase within 14 working days after receipt. To do so, please fill in the return form completely, which can be obtained from info@beaugossa.com. Return costs of a product are at your own expense, please consult your carrier for the exact rates. -SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!-
To ensure that we can guarantee our quality, we only take back the items unworn and in new condition.
We do not accept returns wits make-up stains, damage and/or strong odours.
The tag/tag must not be loose, as we check all returns carefully.
The return costs are at your own expense and risk. If your return meets the above requirements, it will be processed within 10 working days. If your return deviates from these requirements, we will send your return back.
Unfortunately, no washing guarantee is given. Problems after washing are on your own responsibility.
