Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Klarna (Extra fees while using Klarna, Paypal and Creditcard as payment option).
Q: How long until my order is processed?
A: Majority orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days from the time you place
the order. Orders within the Netherlands arrive within 3-4 business days.
** The average delivery for an international order is around 10 business days. **
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: We’ll do our best to help you cancel the order. Please send us an email at
info@beaugossa.com. If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately we can’t
cancel it.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are based off of the weight of the order. Orders over €50 inside the
Netherlands are free and will be shipped by local shipping carriers to your nearest
servicepoint or if you choose the option insured shipping, to your address. Both
options come with track & trace. International orders are free if the order is €100 or
more.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: We do not offer refunds only exchanges if the product has not been opened and
returned in the original packaging.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes. Our items are able to be shipped worldwide.
